COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (January 28, 2019) – Chaé International was awarded “Best CBD Product Overall” at this year’s highly anticipated GHC Hemp Awards, which honors companies, brands, and products representing all areas of the cannabis industry. The 2019 GHC Hemp Awards were held in partnership with the INDO EXPO Trade Show, the cannabis industry’s premier event, in Denver, Colorado.
Chaé International’s award-winning formula is a targeted, topical solution that utilizes 260mg of CBD-rich whole plant hemp extract along with glutathione, an antioxidant used by the body to protect against chemical and environmental threats, to deliver temporary relief of moderate to intense pains. Chaé International submitted the 260mg Pain Cream to the GHC Product Competition under branding from Alivio, their first customer to take the formula to market.
Hemp-infused products are one of the fastest growing segments in the health and wellness industry, and Chaé International stands poised and ready to help companies tap into that demand with over 60 ready-made white label formulas featuring organically grown hemp. Each formula Chaé International creates undergoes intensive research and efficacy testing before being released for production, allowing them to consistently deliver cutting edge, high-performance products.
Founded in 2014, GHC was the first Hemp Awards and Product Competition in the United States. Recently expanded by a merger with the INDO EXPO Tradeshow, the GHC Hemp Awards provide a national platform highlighting the benefits of hemp and the cannabis industry at large. Chaé International entered the Alivio 260mg Pain Cream in GHC’s “Cannabinoid/ Terpene Focused Hemp Products” division where it competed against over 85 other cannabidiol-infused products across more than a dozen categories as part of the largest, fiercest competition to date. All products in this division were required to be below the legal limit of 0.3% THC and were sent to a Colorado state-certified lab to test for levels of residual solvents, potency, heavy metals, and pesticides. Additionally, products were critiqued by a panel of judges based on their test results, packaging, medical claims and overall performance.“We are honored to receive this coveted award,” said Linda Chaé, CEO and Chief Formulator of Chaé International. “At Chaé, we pride ourselves on creating innovative, dynamic, good-for-you formulas that deliver uncompromising results. We are thrilled by the positive feedback our pain cream has received thus far and are excited to offer this award-winning formula as a white label option for future customers.”
